Terms of Use

These terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed through the App Store: Apple Standard EULA.

Talkradio Pro

Talkradio Pro is offered through Apple's in-app purchase system as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is available, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• The lifetime purchase does not renew and permanently unlocks Talkradio Pro for the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Free Listening Allowance

Talkradio Free includes every app feature and 20 hours of verified lifetime playback per installation across podcasts and Apple Music. Paused, buffering, seeking, and failed playback do not consume the allowance. Deleting Listening History does not restore it.

Talkradio Pro provides unlimited playback while the entitlement is active. Free allowance already used is preserved during Pro access and applies again if Pro ends.

Podcast Content

Podcast feeds, artwork, metadata, and audio are provided by third-party podcast publishers. talkradio is not responsible for third-party feed availability or content.
